50% is due upon confirmation, 50% is due before shipping.

Made to order/bespoke items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

For any bespoke pieces a time will be given once the designs have been agreed.

All jewelry needs to be inspected upon receipt and any damages reported within 24 hours of receipt. Any repairs required due to manufacturing defects will be covered by Parulina at no cost to the customer. Damages due to negligence will be quoted after inspection of damaged jewelry

Prices are inclusive of shipping and insurance within the United States. International Buyers are responsible for shipping, insurance, customs duties and applicable taxes. Buyers are responsible for return shipping, insurance, custom duties and taxes (if applicable).
